We document every bit of damage, read your policy as closely as the carrier does, and build estimates backed by the exact Florida statutes and building codes your claim calls for, including what most homeowners never know to ask for: ordinance and law coverage, and code-required items the carrier quietly leaves off, from roof vents to flashing. Then we negotiate directly with your insurance company and handle every supplement, denial, and re-open until the claim is settled right. You pay nothing out of pocket up front; our fee is simply a percentage of the settlement we recover for you.
